The location was amazing. My room faced the plaza mayor. the staff was friendly and helpful with all requests. breakfast offered many options with fresh produce and bread.

The location was excellent. i found helpful staff. breakfast offered many options. the rooftop pool was really nice. The lifeguard was friendly. i enjoyed having access to a spa for some extra relaxation.

I received a room upgrade. It was a superior plaza. the view overlooked the plaza and was amazing. breakfast had many fresh and tasty options to start the day right.

The gym is very small. It only has a treadmill and a stationary bike.

i appreciated the proximity to the city's main attractions and the metro station. the hotel's decor and facilities provided a beautiful experience. i also received complimentary water and chocolate each day from the nice staff.

the rooftop pool closed early each day, not convenient. the closure happened at 7 p.m. which is before the evening is over. a later closing time would be great.
